California EB-5 Regional Center

California EB-5 Regional Center (CERC) was formed to promote economic growth in southern California by encouraging the creation of new business opportunities with the potential to expand of the regional economy by increasing exports, household earnings, productivity, and domestic capital infusion—all with a particular emphasis on permanent job creation within the Regional Center’s footprint. CERC has a pending application with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for designation as a regional center under Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) section 203(b)(5)(E).

Wycklendt

Daniel John Wycklendt serves as manager and majority shareholder of California EB-5 Regional Center. In this role, Mr. Wycklendt is responsible for strategic planning, project sponsorship approval, and encouraging the creation of new business opportunities within the Reginal Center. Mr. Wycklendt has been recognized for his expertise in the EB-5 Regional Center Program and has spoken across the USA and around the world about the program and its uses.

Mr. Wycklendt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in Finance with a focus on real estate.

Sherer

Jennifer Gen Sherer serves as manager and minority shareholder of the Regional Center. In this role, Ms. Sherer sets policies and procedures for Regional Center compliance, collects information from New Commercial Enterprises (NCEs) and Job Creating Entities (JCEs) to monitor compliance, reports to USCIS and completes necessary administrative tasks to operate the Regional Center.

Jennifer Sherer graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee earning both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communications.
